Inspiration, Well-Being and Success tips for your 11 Plus

Inspiration for Students

How important do you think it is to be optimistic and also have belief in yourself?

Being optimistic is a way of thinking about things in a positive way.

Believing in yourself is exactly as it sounds.

Although we are talking about 2 different things here, we firmly believe that both being optimistic and believing in yourself are key to a positive way of being and we hope, also a good outcome for your 11 plus exam.

Being optimistic gives you the ability to believe that good things can happen!

Believing in yourself helps you keep going through good times and bad.

They are both very powerful ways of thinking.




Let’s look at the importance of sleep for feeling good generally and also working to your best ability.

Good sleep rests and repairs your body and mind.

For children according to the NHS*, from the age of 6-12 years, you need 9 to 12 hours per night.

What time do you go to bed?

What time do you wake up?

Are you having enough sleep on a daily basis?

If not, can you do anything about changing it so that you can get enough sleep?



Success Tips 

You can do this.

You have an amazing opportunity here.

Set your goal.

Believe you can do it.

Work hard!
