WEEK 21 – SOLVE A PUZZLE

Puzzles make you concentrate. They make you think. Once you solve them, it may give you a great sense of achievement.

Perhaps learning how to complete a new type of puzzle (such as Sudoku or Wordle) will interest you.

Solving a puzzle can also give you something to focus on if you are feeling a little bit low.

WEEK 22 – DANCE

Choose your favourite song and dance.

Dancing energises your body and mind. Try it a couple of times, especially when you are feeling tired.
