WEEK 23 – RELAXING BATH
If you have a bath, then you could try this. Close your eyes and just relax.
Don’t panic if you do not have a bath, as you can stand and relax in the shower. Alternatively, you can simply stretch out on the floor, relax your body and just remain still.
Please try some or all of the above. How does it make you feel?
WEEK 24 – STRETCH YOUR BODY
Stand up straight.
Go up and down on your tip toes and reach up to the sky.
If you are sitting down, sit up straight and twist slowly from one side to another.
Use your breath while you stretch.
Can you do this once a day for a couple of days?
