WEEK 27 – READ A BOOK

Many people read fiction to travel to different worlds with fantastical creatures.

Other people enjoy non-fiction as they can learn something new.

Whichever is your preference, remember reading can be very relaxing and also makes you focus on different things outside your world.

Try and incorporate it in your daily routine. Perhaps, you could swap a book with a friend and read that every night before bed?

WEEK 28 – TRY BAKING

Do you enjoy baking cakes or biscuits? many people find this very relaxing.

You also can enjoy what you have made.

One of our favourite and easiest recipes is shortbread. It only has a few ingredients and is delicious!
