We all spend too long on screens.
There are many reasons to reduce the amount of time on screens. The impact of not being on a screen is that you can be moving more physically as well as not focusing for long periods on a screen.
Can you reduce your screen time by 30 minutes per day?

WEEK 30 – SPEND TIME IN NATURE
If you go to a park or a woods, find a tree. Sit under a tree and watch the leaves move and listen to the sounds.
Being out in nature is proven to help with positive well-being. Can you find a tree, sit quietly on a couple of occasions?
